The Ability People
The Ability People
Established by gold-medal winning Paralympian Liz Johnson, The Ability People (TAP) is a unique consultancy on a mission to close the disability employment gap, powered by a team living with disabilities. Crest helped this unique, powerful business gain brand recognition on launch and as it scaled.
TAP’s launch was heralded with features in the Sunday Times, the Independent, Forbes and the BBC, as well as a slew of coverage across recruitment, business and disability titles. Liz’s thought leadership has appeared in The Metro, HuffPost UK and City AM, and she’s spoken about TAP on BBC World, ITV Wales and London Live.
We also handled Liz’s speaking engagements and TAP’s award submissions. This included securing a slot on the coveted LinkedIn International conference line-up alongside Michelle Obama. Liz was also named as one of the BBC’s 100 Women within months of the TAP launch.
Alongside this we managed TAP’s social media presence, website blog, and newsletter outreach, ensuring their varied audiences heard from them in the right way, at the right time.
