About
Founded by a former professional rower and MSK specialist, Flok is the UK’s first AI-powered physiotherapy clinic. It enables NHS patients to access same-day video call appointments for back pain, using AI physiotherapists to deliver personalised, on-demand appointments at scale, with no waiting list.
Our role is to build trust and awareness in Flok’s revolutionary offering. So far, this has included features in the Guardian, BBC (online and broadcast), the Times, Telegraph, i news, Radio 4 Inside Health and Forbes, alongside a wide range of sector media, Substacks, and podcasts. We also handle Flok’s event appearances, award entries and thought leadership. Collectively, this outreach has built a national profile for Flok and directly driven a wide range of inbound commercial leads.
